If you’ve stumbled upon this page, it’s definitely not by accident—we were meant to meet! My life philosophy is simple: we are exactly where we need to be when we need to be there…even if that “there” is not a comfortable or particularly happy place.
I hope you’re in a positive space as you read this, and I wish you peace of mind. If you’re not, I’m here to help guide you back to your happy place, or at least to a place where you can find the TV remote.
My Story: From Depressed Couch Potato to Sparkly Spiritual Warrior!
Imagine this: your brain decides to take an unplanned staycation at a gloomy motel, hanging up a "Do Not Disturb" sign while constantly whispering doom and gloom in your ear. Most people call this depression.
That was me—more times than I'd like to admit. When I couldn't drag myself out of bed anymore, despite its undeniable comfort, I knew something had to change.
I embarked on my “healing journey,” which was anything but comfy. I devoured self-help books, recited endless positive affirmations, attended countless lectures, seminars, and retreats, and spent too much money on classes promising peace of mind. Therapy and medication were also part of the mix. And let's not forget the well-meaning but unsolicited advice: "Just breathe!" or "Have you tried yoga?" Because clearly, a downward dog is what you need in a mental three-ring circus (though, sometimes, it actually helps).
Long story short, I eventually stumbled upon Reiki and the spiritual practice of A Course in Miracles. Finally, something clicked. It wasn’t always easy (dark nights of the soul are no joke), but I knew this was where I needed to be. These practices gave me a deeper understanding of myself, my purpose, my relationships, the Universe, and the spiritual nature of all beings.
And here we are—me sharing my story, and you wondering if this quirky lady might be just what you need. Spoiler alert: I probably am.

Reiki Master/Teacher: Practicing Reiki since 2010 and a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2012. I follow the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system, with a lineage traced back to Hawayo Takata Sensei. Yes, I have a spiritual family tree.
Professional Memberships: Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals and the Northwest Reiki Association. These organizations guide my practice and code of ethics. They also make for great conversation starters at parties.
Certified Life Coach: My intuitive guidance comes not just from certifications but from life experiences and extensive spiritual studies, particularly in A Course in Miracles. I’ve got more than just a fancy piece of paper; I’ve got the spiritual street smarts.
